“I rarely write reviews maybe 3 in my 45 years. I had the best customer service experience from an employee named Art. He always checked on me and my family to ensure our sneakers fit properly even as the store was busy. He was very knowledgeable and guided us on different sneakers as he made many recommendations. He truly loves his job and it shows! It did not matter how many times he walked in the back to get sizes, different sneakers that were not on display, or colors. Art is a true asset to Adidas. I cant believe I'm saying this but it was a pleasure to go shopping in this store!”

“Specifically went to Jackson Premium Outlets to go to Lucky Brand store. Lucky Brand jeans can be gotten with 1 to 3 % spandex elastane mixed with the cotton. Jeans are very comfortable. Sales are available great prices when on sale.. Toured many of the other stores. This is a Manufacturers Outlet Mall. Sign up to each mailing list to be notified when they have the best deals. My experiences here are always pleasant.”

“Good prices on Disney merchandise. Sometimes you can get out of season parks merch here. It doesn't have the atmosphere of a real Disney Store, it is pretty bare bones, but the staff/cast members are friendly, well-trained and doing a great job. I would say it is a 60/40 split between toys and apparel.”

“What great salespeople in this store! They know their regular customers and are quick to suggest a new item they know he'll like, and not just to make a sale. I see happy men every time I'm in the store. I'm not a regular, I just pick up things for a friend every few months. They help me figure out the correct items and find the right sizes.
