“I use this pharmacy religiously for the past 5 years, always a fine experience. As we know, sometimes issues occur, and today was an example. However the issue is not what I am here to speak on, it was the action of the Manager Vinny Volpi. Not only did he handle the issue with true care and decency, he personally resolved the issue by driving the medication to my home as it was for my 18 month old daughter whom was sick. Something came up, and for whatever reason the time we were told the medicine would be ready, we were met with resistance about it not being done when we arrived, waited for an additional 20 minutes, at which point we had to leave to get my daughter home to rest. Well, we called up to explain our displeasure, and this is right where Vinny stepped in to restore our faith in humanity once again. Here is a big thank you from us, Happy Holidays!!!!!”

“Although the employee turn over is frequent, all of the staff that I have met were friendly, (inside the store and at the gas pumps.) This is one of the older locations, but the store is neat, clean and well stocked with clear and easy to read pricing labels. One perk of choosing Speedway is the rewards program. Using your rewards card (or the app that is available for IOS and Android) rewards points for most all purchases of fuel or items from the convenience store. Points can be redeemed for merchandise or gift cards. Recently most stores added touch screen displays at the checkout. After the employee scans your card, your name and point total appears on the screen. As your items are scanned, if you are purchasing an item that can be redeemed with points, the screen shows the item with an option to chose “pay with points.” It is much easier than the old way of using the kiosk to print out coupons for free items.”

“Living in Jackson for over 10 years, I visited this location often, sometimes more than once a day. The store is always neat and clean. The shelves and coolers are consistently well stocked with clear pricing labels on the shelves. Special sale items are marked with shelf tags, easy to locate and easy to understand. Employees at this location are helpful, plots, and friendly. The coffee station is well stocked and clean. The touch screen ordering is convenient.”
