“This place is amazing!!!! Jen was a Godsend who made the entire experience beautiful & treated my dearly loved cat with the utmost respect. She laid her out so I could say my goodbyes. It left a memory I will have forever and is much more pleasant than a memory of saying goodbye on a metal table in the vet's office. Her sincerity and thoughtfulness brought me to tears multiple times, especially when she surprised me with some extra details I wasn't expecting.
