In January of 2023, I received a phone call from ARON ROSENBLUM at Ray Health Care Services regarding an elderly woman, Natalie, a neighbor whom I was her power of attorney. Aron Rosenblum introduced himself as a professional the nursing home had retained for Natalie that would help me navigate the Medicaid enrollment for her. As of this writing, Medicaid has finally agreed to take on Natalie’s financial care. It took eight months. Aron is amazing. His level of patience and perseverance is comparable to none. His knowledge of the system was priceless. As I was weakening with the burden, Aron took it over with my blessing. He spent days and weeks sometimes with just one insurance company’s policy that required several proofs of ‘this and that’ that somehow got lost from one department to another meaning the process had to begin again taking weeks to complete. It was so frustrating for me. But Aron, no. He took it in stride. Patiently, doggedly, he re-sent, recalled, re-explained until the requisite was complete. Aron is very personable, easy to speak with, and very accessible. He is always compassionate and kind. He hired a woman, Floria Bayada, who was just the sweetest, persevering woman. She followed Aron’s directions and was totally reliable. Under his leadership, both Floria and I accomplished a lot of work! There is no doubt that Aron excels in his career. Aron Rosenblum of Ray Health Care Services was an an absolute joy to work with as he assisted us to have a family friend approved for Medicare. While he required many documents from us, his emails were clear containing explanations as to why it was needed. Also, while we were busy navigating the care of our friend, he worked behind the scenes doing the legwork to have her approved for Medicaid so she could live in a nursing home without worry how she would afford it. I think Aron is a guru when it comes to this type of work and credit him with the uncomplicated way he handled it. Thank you Aron!

Ray Healthcare did a fantastic job in helping me navigate the completely muddled world of Mass Health for my elderly mother. Aron and Lashae were amazing to work with and were total professionals! They answered my late night questions and weekend emails! There would be no way I could have gone thru this whole process on my own.
