Several years ago I was putting off a back problem for a while until it moved to my neck. I asked around and a friend mentioned John at Spectrum. He put me on a regimen of exercises and physical therapy and before you knew I was feeling much better.

Armed with back x rays and years of know how, John was able to help me in a few weeks. In fact he told me on my first visit that he would fix me up, and he did.

You just get the feeling that John knows what he's doing and while exuding that confidence, he gives you peace of mind knowing you are in good hands.
