“From the first call until we were up to the point of taking the helmet off we had a great experience. Daniella, Mitch, Lydia and Renee all made the experience as pleasent as it can be. They were so helpful throughout the whole process. Mitch was extremely patient with my baby each time he had to take a scan or anything that scared my baby he distracted him and knew exactly how to calm him down and get it done. When we started the process my baby’s head was almost completely flat and now it looks just like the average baby’s head. All in all we are so happy we went through with this and so happy we had a place like this one to go to.”

“I use OCVH for grooming because one dog has a heart condition. No other groomers will work with her. Appointments are kept in a timely fashion. My 2 dogs go with the groomer with no hesitation. Any request I've made has been followed in a positive manner. I have the added comfort of knowing their is a vet there if Dora needs one.”

“It's a clean place and they will wash and fold your clothes for a dollar a pound with a minimum 10 pounds. The machines work well but the washers are a little expensive but worth it. If you have a lot of clothes you are better off using the big washers for $6.”

“Great store, one of the best things about this store is that they are open all year around it's great to be able to have ice cream in the winter, their ice creams taste amazing I especially recommend their pistachio ice cream it's very tasty and hits the spot every time. Keep in mind that if you go on a Sunday especially a hot one you will need to wait in line though their service is good and it moves pretty quick.”
