  Love this hotel! Owner is super friendly! My husband and i started by going on our honeymoon and now we are making this hotel our yearly tradition!

  Joe and his wife were an absolute pleasure. I've never met such friendly people running a motel in my life! Reminded me of my grandparents from Queens and can't wait to go back! Highly recommend, great location, and rates too!

  The owner Joe is such a nice guy and very pleasant to interact with. The rooms are simple and cute with all of the basic amenities that you will need. The location is the best! Walking distance to the beach, wawa, local shops and great food. Also, one of the better priced hotels on the island.

  A great property, rooms are basic, though some have kitchens that are more than what I'd call "motel basic". But all rooms are done exceptionally! Frankly, who needs more than a bed or beds, table, TV, bath, fridge, microwave, A/C, heat & light. You're at the shore!
  The rooms are impeccably clean, large simple, yet well appointed. Plenty of TV channels (for those rainy days!) & Truly Wonderful owner/operators whom go above & beyond for their guests.
  You can tell they truly do love what they do & make it possible for their guest to have a nice place to stay. They take pride in their property & the experience their guests have.
  If you're looking for a place to stay & don't need to have all the frills of pools, hot tubs, spas & such (it's the beach, who needs all that?) give them a call! You will not find a cleaner, more well kept hotel with more kindly, friendly, helpful owners than this.
