“We have a home in Beach Haven West that many friends and relatives rent from us. Many have told us the La Spiaggia was delicious. So we decided to give it a try. Boy were they right!!! We had excellent food and terrific service. They have an early dinner 3 course menu ranging from $20 for spaghetti to $26 for filet mignon and lots of varied choices in-between. The regular menu had numerous choices and everything we saw served looked wonderful. They have a limited wine menu but no liquor license in case you like to have some drinks with dinner. Certainly worth the hype and the trip. Very nice ambiance and valet parking too!”

“There is a long history of Joe Mayo III and Joe Mayo IV helping out my family with real estate transactions. It goes beyond that for me; they are like family to me. It all started about 15 years ago when Joe Mayo III found a home for my mother to purchase in Barnegat that was well priced and he went to unbelievable lengths to get my family in that home at a time that me and my siblings were scattered amongst family and friends' places. Fast forward to 2009 and Joe Mayo IV helped me find my first home for myself. He found a bank owned property that needed lots of love but his vision for the property convinced me it was a great deal. We got it for about 60K below the market average and when the real estate market tanked, I was never inside out with the mortgage. I remember my mortgage broker was so impressed with Joe that he told me he was the best real estate agent he had ever done a deal with. It was tricky and he handled all the crazy twists of the deal. Since then he has coached me on how to convert it to a rental investment and he has helped keep it rented through Re-Max. Every time we are in between tenants there are always property management issues that arise and although that's not his job, he offers it up and gets it done. Joe is smart, hard-working, cares about his clients, knows how to negotiate, and he thinks like an investor and business man. I don't think there's a better skill set for what he does. There is no person I would trust more to handle real estate deals on Long Beach Island, Manahawkin, Barnegat, and surrounding towns.”

Calls are always returned, if not answered immediately during regular business hours, and Jennifer is great at following up on service calls regarding arrival time, whether they will be on time or a little late. Always provides estimates and are reasonably priced. Recently used them to install an outside water main valve, for easier access, and couldn’t be happier. So glad I found Express Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend.”

Thankfully for google I saw Express had high ratings figured I would give them a try, they picked right up and said he would be there in the morning. Fixed the issue within minutes.
