She gave several tips and ideas on a quick fix, she could've told me to just bring the boat in and charged me hundreds! But her customer service and kindness kicked in! “I had a hot water heater problem. Pilot wouldn't stay lit. I called Brian Perry after googling plumbers in the area. He happened to be close to my house when I called and he was here in 5 minutes. He showed me the thermocoupler was obvoiusly deteriorated. He had the part in his truck and he had it fixed in 15 minutes. He charged me a very fair price, was friendly and and professional. “Mark, the owner of Newtec is great. For the second time in a year, I've called Mark in the morning and had my CPAP machine that very afternoon (my 2nd machine is a travel machine). Forget buying a CPAP machine online... when Mark delivers the machine to you, he takes the time to explain EVERYTHING and makes small adjustments to the features that ensure you'll have the best overall experience with your day to day usage (you'll NEVER get this attention from an Internet site order). He's also very good about including little extras that you'll definitely need at no charge (I got a small travel case and some extra filters). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”
