He was first sent out by my home warranty company but after working with him to solve that issue, I continued to use his services for all my heating and cooling needs. He is exceptionally thorough and diligent. He is always right on time or else let’s me know if something held him up. I have a very old system in my house and he keeps it working like new. This winter my igniter suddenly went on my heater and he came out to fix it the very next day. He saved me from a house full of frozen pipes. Wish I could give Mark 10 stars!”

“I'm sharing my experience with Berge Hvacr. Yesterday contacted Karen @ Berge & made appointment for tech to come over this morning. Jason, the tech arrived within the scheduled window time as Karen indicated. He diagnosed the problem, called for availability of replacement parts, picked up the part during the day and returned to install in afternoon. Jason was thorough, diligent & professional in diagnosing & fixing the condenser.In fact, this was the second time I used berge within the last couple of months. They previously came over to service an unrelated issue with my a/c system. As in today's case, tech arrived at the scheduled time & fixed problem . From initial call to fixing system for a fair price, I'm highly satisfied with the service provided to me & would definitely use again.”
