“My husband and I brought our rescue there for the first time yesterday morning. We were reluctant to do so as we have been using the same vet for several years. We have recently moved, and we decided to try lanoka oaks because they are so close to our house. We had a wonderful first experience. I called at 9:30am and was given a 10:00 appointment for a dog that had never been there before. They treated us as if we had been customers for years. They were patient, and they were sure to answer all of our questions. All of the staff members were wonderful. My rescue can be skiddish around new people, but he went right up to all of the staff at lanoka oaks wagging his tail. Truly wonderful service. Dr. Knox was excellent. We were told to put our dog on prescription food, so I thought it might be less expensive through chewy. The front desk staff was so helpful through the process and even informed me that lanoka oaks sells the food at a lower cost than chewey does via text message.
