“Previous to Goodebody I was a cardio person and went to a regular gym, pump out a weight workout in 45 minutes, needless to say I did not like working out with weights so the faster I moved the faster it would be over, I couldn't lose any of the weight and through a friend I started Goodebody October 20, 2022 with about 12 pounds to lose, I was told that I'm not losing weight because I am not burning enough. I was not convinced but I kept coming hoping that time would show me a different outcome... By March 2023 I was down my 12 pounds and had developed a new eating habit which included Intermittent Fasting... Shocked at the results and understanding of how to actually workout with weights I decided to keep going, by the time the end of August 2023 rolled around I was down a total of 23 pounds. I have passed my one year and still keeping steady at maintaining my current weight... I never thought this was possible and a dislike for weights has now made me love to workout with these amazing trainers in a private group where I have met some inspiring people.”

“The food was good and it was presented very beautifully, but I felt it was a bit more expensive than I felt it was worth. That being said, our server was on point and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was even a couple that had their dog sit at the table with them. It was at an outside table with no other guests nearby, but I love how this was allowed. He was so well behaved and kept myself and the family behind us entertained. For those reasons, I would go back.”
