“The people in the lobby are always nice, and they are helpful. The beds are more firm than my preference. One morning the shower was nice and hot (and I could have made it hotter if I wanted), the next morning I had trouble getting it even to body temperature... until I was almost done, then it heated up nicely. The rates they charge for a room are not consistent; maybe they differ by the day or by the room or both (I'm not sure). Huge-screen TV in the room that I never turned on. Room included a refrigerator and microwave.”
