“It was a Saturday evening and our car wouldn't move at all. We were stuck on the side of the road about 15 miles from home. It ended up being the Transmission. We called a tow truck and they asked where to take it to. I've been to a few different shops in Castle Rock but the only one that I had faith in was Solar Automotive. I had no way to contact them and let them know that it was coming since it was in the evening. The tow truck dropped it off and I left the keys and a brief explanation of what was going on in their night drop box. Monday morning they called and said they would let me know what the issue was. The called later and said that the transmission was shot. It was a CVT that is known for issues. Solar handled ALL of the leg work and arrangements through the extended warranty company and had the vehicle back to me with a new transmission in less than a weeks time. This shop will continue to get my business due to their ability to take something that seemed so bad, and turn it into a process that I didn't have to worry about at all. They are extremely honest, up front, professional and caring with their customers. It's a breath of fresh air to know I have a shop to take vehicles to and not have to worry about being taken to the cleaners.”

“Was there this past Sunday. Greeter was at the door saying "welcome to the party ". They are now definitely ready for Halloween. Was there earlier in the day so it was not real busy. Picked up a few things along with a witch mask. So hard to find a witch mask for some reason. Mask was $20 but I had 20% coupon so price came to $16. Bought mask for display I'm planning on doing. Should work , but I don't think this mask would be good for a person to wear. Inside of mask is not really contoured to fit a person's face. Does have elastic in back & some hair but not much to cover back of head. Will try to add picture. It's not Party City's fault All in all the store is definitely ready. BOO!”

“We were very impressed with VEG. Our 11 1/2 year old dog had an emergency on a Sunday, and when we called, they told us to bring her in immediately. This was after calling 3 other emergency clinics that were much closer to where we live, who told us that they either cannot fit us in or we'd have to wait 3 hours. VEG understands what the word "emergency" means! The service was excellent, the staff and veterinarian took time to explain everything to us. They were concerned, kind and helpful. Costs were very reasonable. I would highly recommend VEG to any pet parent.”

“Good location, parking might be limited during rush hour since they share the complex with a few other stores. Although I came early in the morning and had no trouble. Environment is clean and welcoming , great place to lounge and have coffee with friends or get some work done. Staff was really nice and attentive to the needs of the customers.
