All of my interactions with staff were pleasant- They provided pricing per pound over the phone (we sent out about 50 lbs.) and they fielded my questions promptly via email. Clothes were picked up & delivered at scheduled times. All items were neatly packaged and labeled. Clothes were folded FLAWLESSLY and handled with care and sweet smelling fabric softener, just as we would at home! I would definitely recommend this service and use them again!!
