“I came in today after having a rough night of sleep. I slept in them and broke them, so I had to call out of work due to me not being able to see, but little did I know I'd and meet a person who would literally made my morning. Not only was he kind, but I got my glasses fixed very quickly. I had a great conversation with a great soul. Ali was there to save the day and fix my glasses better than I originally had even gotten them. Will be back! Very much appreciated”

“After homecoming some of my frat and I came here to get some food and a drink. When I arrived I had to find parking on the street. I walked up and it was a local bar, hole in the wall. We got seats at the bar and Connie was the bartender/server and she was on point and friendly. My friends got food and it came out so quick. I tasted the Thai chili wings and it was tasty. I got the sangria and it wasn't bad. My sangria was $8. I paid, drank and left. It wasn't a bad experience at all.”

The truck had a cracked transmission case and was extremely difficult to find one. Inside of a week the truck had a rebuilt transmission with a new case along with a new clutch and new hydraulics. I walked in mid panic attack, teary eyed and barely even able to explain my little accident but JJ was very respectful and very reassuring. Not only did he ease my mind but he walked me through everything step by step down to dealing with my insurance agency! “Good location, new clean hotel. Lots of food options nearby for pickup and delivery. Even a great little "store" for food and drinks. Rooms were nice size and the kitchenette makes extended stays convenient. One of the big pro's was this hotel is pet friendly. We were unsure how that would go, but our cats made themselves at home once they got used to the sounds around. The big jewel of the place was the staff. It is a difficult time to be in hospitality and everyone was always willing to help with anything I needed. Would stay again.”

We had to push back the install multiple times because of other work being done and they were beyond understanding. When it came time to do the roof they made sure there was enough help to get it done in one day. Came home to a great looking new roof on our house and garage. I've been up there a few times since and am always impressed with the quality. The responsiveness and and help from Greta didn't end with the completed work. Over a year later I needed information about the install and it was emailed over immediately. Quality work, professional and always there to answer the phone. “Balayage House is honestly one of the best salons I've been to as they are very knowledgeable and professional. My first time going there was to correct a color done wrong by a previous salon and I've been going ever since, mind you I live in Queens. One thing I like most is their honesty. If I want a lighter color that can't be done right away being that I have extremely dark hair they will let me know and try their best to come close to what I've asked instead of damaging my thin hair like other salons. I just recently had a cut and color by Magna and it came out amazing. I highly recommend them!”
