This is in response to the ostensible review of Sebastian Indo. I have been practicing law for 23 years. Under absolutely no circumstances will I prepare a Last Will and Testament or change a Last Will and Testament for anyone lacking the requisite mental capacity. Similarly, I will refuse to prepare a Will or change a Will if I determine the Testator is being unduly influenced. For example, and generally speaking, it is very common for an elderly parent to be unduly influenced by an adult child. Under that type of situation I will definitely refuse to prepare or change a Last Will and Testament.
