They provided me with excellent communication and taught me things about screws that I never even knew existed. Placed an order with them and received it within 24 hours. This is a great company ran by even better people.

Fred goes out of his way to find exactly what we need, exactly when we need it even when I call him with what seems like an impossible request. Industrial's inventory is extensive and their customer service exceeds expectations every time. I am grateful to have them as my "go to" hardware supplier. I highly recommend them for all of your standard and specialty hardware needs.
