Suzanne R., our sales person, was extremely knowledgeable about product lines and assured that the measurements of new oven would fit in the preexisting cutout. The installation of the Bosch oven could not have gone any smoother. I appreciate Suzanne’s attention to detail. I would highly recommend Suzanne R. She’s very knowledgeable about product lines. Also purchased a beverage fridge and wine cooler earlier in the year and Suzanne explained the different units available before we made a decision. In both cases, Reno’s delivery and installation procedures are very professional and efficient too.”

“Great place to get everything for home at once: any tool, something for garden, or for housing stuff. This place is huge and very busy so sometimes it takes time to get helped that is ok. Staff could always help you with your questions, keys duplication is fast and easy. They have incredible kids workshops every month. Self-service encounters are good when the store is crowded. Seasonal decorations are great and could be found here the way in advance.”
