The installation of the Bosch oven could not have gone any smoother. I appreciate Suzanne’s attention to detail. I would highly recommend Suzanne R. She’s very knowledgeable about product lines. Also purchased a beverage fridge and wine cooler earlier in the year and Suzanne explained the different units available before we made a decision. Staff could always help you with your questions, keys duplication is fast and easy. They have incredible kids workshops every month. Self-service encounters are good when the store is crowded.
