No matter what option you pick the automated line will just hang up after telling you to go to website. How lazy we all have become Other then that, they always do great work. Things can't be perfect everytime which is why I know they will fix it right away. Also over herd a agent tell a customer that they did not need new windshield wipers after someone said she needed them. Love the honesty.”
