  Anytime I need any sort of appliance we go to the Wayne location. They always have plenty of inventory with a variety of choices. Throughout the years I have always dealt with Moe. He is always super helpful with his suggestions and goes out of his way to make sure everything goes smoothly. I highly suggest going to Wayne pc Richards and recommend dealing with Moe.

  Went to purchase a mattress, sale numbers looked good. We spent some time trying different firmness levels. Sales staff was very, very patient.

  Came here for the second time to see my sales guy Murat! First time I purchased 3 window AC units (got a unbeatable price!!!) Now Murat sold me a beautiful Macbook Pro with Microsoft Office for school! Super happy with him as always. Very polite and knowledgeable. Will be going to see Murat again once I'm ready for a new washer and dryer! Thank you!

  went to the PC Richards in Wayne New Jersey and the sales person Dawn was extremely helpful and she went out of her way to make sure I was not only satisfied but also took the time to explain the warranties to for me and how it would help me and be beneficial in the future . Don also took the time to understand my personal situation often times the job as a sales person and responsibilities which people like Dawn have are taken for granted or overlooked but it’s exactly this type of professionalism and courtesy that will keep me coming back to PC Richards as a future customer. My compliments again to Dawn the fine job she did and the manner in which she handled the sale.

  I have bought seven appliances from PC Richards in WAYNE over the last two years. Sam, the store manager, and his team are the best. They are incredibly knowledgeable and very sensitive to the best interest of their customers. At one point, they even talked me out of spending too much on a product and provided me with a better fit at a more affordable price.
  
  Any one can give you a cheap price, but more importantly is how you are treated when things don’t go as planned. Whether I had to reschedule delivery at the last second, or had an installation issue, or exercised my service contract, everything was addressed and resolved immediately and seamlessly.
  
  Sam is an outstanding store manager, educator of products and true business person that I strongly suggest contacting at the WAYNE location for anything you need. In addition, on appliances, I strongly suggest their service contract. There are no questions, no issues, no argument between the store and manufacturer. You call and they get it fixed or replaced. No nonsense. You will not be disappointed!!!
