“After reading the 2 other reviews I feel compelled to give my review. I am a patient of Dr. Brown. I have known the four main doctors in the practice (Julie, Teicher, Brown and Skolnick) professionally since 1985 and as a patient since 1998. I am a Respiratory Therapist and in my time worked at hospitals, large and small. All 4 of these doctors are excellent and usually a joy to work with. I say "usually" because these doctors will not tolerate sub-standard care of their patients. I owe my life to Dr. Brown, he listened to the physical issues I was having and believed me when other doctors acted as if I was being "hysterical and over dramatic" (actual words said to me by another "doctor"!). Dr. Brown has been an incredible advocate for me. Anyone who asks me to recommend a Cardiologist that I trust I send them to his group. It is unfortunate that the people leaving these reviews didn't get the chance to have Dr. Julie help them, I have always found Dr. Julie to be knowledgeable, open, and caring.”

“Dr. Chandrasekhar is amazing! Never before have I felt such confidence in and warmth from a doctor. She listens, she explains, she takes the time to treat the whole patient. In fact, she even spotted an unrelated issue and referred me to get it checked out! I am a nervous patient to begin with and rupturing my ear drum really scared me. Dr. C and her staff arranged my surgery and post op appointments. Also, I was too nervous to do the hearing test in a small booth, so they made special accommodations to help me feel comfortable enough to get it done. No words can accurately describe how much I love Dr. Chandrasekhar! An extra thanks to her associate Dr. Abramowitz for referring me.”

“I have been in this program for roughly 6 weeks now and I can say with assurance that they are unlike any addiction recovery program I have attended in the past. When I look back on where I was before deciding to get help, it's sometimes hard for me to believe the progress I've made. I've truly turned my life around and I owe that to the staff and doctors. The addiction counselors and staff work hard and thoughtfully to advance each client individually while also creating a safe drug and alcohol rehab environment to hone real-life social skills. Their approach to recovery is so comprehensive. I wish more treatment centers would catch on and adopt a similar system.
