George, the guy that cut my hair was very professional and gave me exactly what I asked for.The guy that welcomed my lady and I was very polite. Everyone who works there had a client on their chairs and seemed to be regular customers. Having a laugh, listening to music and handling their business. I highly recommend UPSCALE CUTS.”

“In the past, I’ve went to hair salons that have taken one look at my hair and asked to straighten it before they cut it. I’ve left really upset because stylers don’t know how my hair works and how to layer it.
