“I am a Harvard affiliate visiting from Boston for school-related trip and rented a car from this NJ location initially for about 3-4 days. During pickup visit, I was amazed and thankful for the amazing and efficient services provided by the whole team- including steps for payment, disclosure, and car selection. Habi, the manager (?) especially was extremely friendly in answering all my questions for the rental and discussing hypothetical circumstances that could arise while on a rental car. I've been renting cars since college and this was the best experience for staff encounter and pickup. I ended up extending my reservation over the phone directly with the same office location, and this too was a very pleasant experience, including a discount I received for a week-long rental and other benefits that were part of the school affiliation privileges. If I am visiting the area again- including NY, I would take the time to come back to this same location for a car rental. 5 stars to the staff!!”

“I switched to this Hertz location. The ones closer to my town have either really inconvenient hours (Fair Lawn) or have a habit of charging me for the cars before I even rent them (Paramus). This location in Totowa was pleasant to deal with. The staff is friendly and efficient. I received my rental fast and in an immaculate condition. When returned I returned it using their drop box, the return was processed within 10 minutes of their opening.”

Two of my bridesmaids had used EWR NJ Limo for their weddings and had a great experience so I thought I would utilize its NJ party bus service. Their prices are quite reasonable and they were so friendly, punctual and dedicated to work with me. I’d reserved their party bus prior to my wedding and helped me getting rid of last minute chaos. Their driver was prompt and was arrived before the scheduled time in a clean and perfectly maintained vehicle. The party bus had chilled beverages, air conditioning facilities, LED TVs, complimentary champagne and more and also elegant strobe lighting inside.
