“Amazing doctor. My father had a positive sign of colon cancer and we got the news on new year’s eve. My father has heart problems and almost had a heart attack upon finding out. He was able to help calm my father and assure him the tests can sometimes come out positive due to polyps and anfew other things. He was able answer all of my fathers questions without hesitation. Luckily the day of the retest it was a false reading and he showed up negative for the cancer. We need more doctors like a doctor Baum. Highly recommend him to anyone and would not think twice to go see him again. Very professional, intelligent, and definitely one of a kind. Thank you for helping my father.”

However, when Dr. Kaur finally saw me I was pleasantly surprised at how much time she took with me. She went over my history in detail, outlined a treatment plan and gave me time to ask questions. It is rare these days to have this kind of exchange/rapport with a doctor. In return, I'll gladly endure a little wait. “So far I really really enjoy ideal protein! I got to sit and talk about the program one on one and really understand how it works. The rest is just following the very simple diet plan. There is a coach who calls to check in and answer any questions you may have. Also they have the most comprehensive scale ever! It told my weight, BMI, PBF, how much each limb weighed and how much water was in my body. It’s amazing! Very precise and helps a lot during weekly weigh ins to stay motivated. I especially like that they help you maintain the weight you are happy at when you get there! My skin has cleared up I’ve lost more weight than I ever have in the past on my own I have way more energy and I’ve even been sleeping better!”
