“Living at Avalon Bloomingdale from beginning to end has been an absolute pleasure. If i had to point out one thing that impressed me the most it would have to be the staff, always smiling, always greeted by name, always an immediate response when emailed. One name in particular for her excellent ability to make me feel super comfortable and at home would be Meghan. An absolute doll! And she’s the property manager! Most managers have a chip on their shoulder, not this one :) Moving into the apartment everything was pristine as if i were the first ever living there, an awesome feeling. They hold packages at the front desk, have “date night” food trucks once a week for fun, hold gatherings for guests to meet each other and ample parking. Also look out for specials on rentals and deposit deals! They also have flexibility on how many months you’d like to rent Incase you have purchasing a house in your future in mind. Enjoy!
