(November 13, 2018, 3:19 pm)I never rate places on here, but this is absolutely an exception. Dodge's is one of the best food experiences I have ever had. I was heading home from Vineland, looking for a quick bite to eat, and Dodge's caught my eye. The people who were working there were some of the most welcoming and wonderful people I have had the pleasure to meet. The steak panini I ordered was one of the best steak sandwiches I've had, and my girlfriend's cheddar grilled cheese was amazing. The infused olive oils and balsamic vinegars they sell were all incredible and the danishes and pastries are unbelievable. Between the quaint, hometown feel, the wonderful staff, and the fantastic food, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. ????
(October 19, 2018, 8:56 am)Try the chicken salad! I prefer my chicken salad without the pears, grapes, and craisins (they offer it both ways). Both are very good though. In fact, all the food I've ever had here has been delicious! The staff is always very friendly. This is a popular place with people in the area. Be sure to stop in and check it out.
(August 29, 2018, 9:57 am)If you are traversing Rt. 40 from the Delaware Bridge to the Jersey Shore, don't blink as you pass through Elmer or you will miss Dodge's Market. Stop in for take-out or eat-in sandwiches and other light fare. Pick up a block of their famous sharp cheese and a pound of roasted cashews on your way out. No liquor license, but you can buy a bottle of the finest from a local winery. It's charming, although service tends to be "leisurely."
