Zack our sales rep broke down exactly what we were paying for and showed us how he came to the price. But the good experience didn't stop there, Chris, one of the project managers, and Ryan, the operations manager, came out to double check measurements. The crew who put the roof on our house was professional and got the job done on time and in one day. The custom design of the skylights on our roof threw these guys a curveball, but it was nothing that they couldn't knock out of the park. After everything was completed, Ryan and Chris came back the next day to make sure everything was perfect before we signed the final papers. Absolutely the best customer service you can ask for and I would recommend Elevated Remodeling to anyone.”
