“Hidden Warrior Yoga is my go to place to relax. Location is great and I love the atmosphere of the actual studio. It's a really well kept "hidden" gem in Plukemin. What you get at HWY is a different experience from normal yoga studios. Yes, there are classes with the typical yoga poses and meditation afterwards if you are looking for that. But there are also classes that cater specifically to your needs that day. Owner Grant Clark incorporates yoga, meditation, and NKT like stretching that somehow always miraculously make me feel better both physically and mentally when I leave after an hour. If you want a more personalized authentic yoga experience and are truly looking to feel noticeably better after every session. I highly recommend HWY.”

I have never waited more than 5 minutes, she sees them 7 days a week as needed and she is a superb diagnostician. She takes as much time as needed, returns phone calls and will even make a house call if necessary. She is not in network for us but is well worth the extra money. If your child's health is important to you, she is the best.”
