(March 14, 2023, 11:43 am)Absolutely amazing subs. Highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch. It's delicious, interior could be a little better, but I'd go to a hole in the wall if the food is good.
(March 9, 2023, 1:27 pm)Great service, very well priced for a quick lunch. The GM and two other employees were working hard as could be with an uncontrollable amount of online and in person orders. Two disgruntled customers were on edge because of their wait times with their online orders and all employees and the GM handled it very well. People are incredibly impatient, rude and don’t understand how some things work. Yes they could use another hand but it’s tough to find anyone to work. Kudos to the three workers there on 3-9-2023.
(September 17, 2022, 6:57 pm)Jersey Mikes in and of itself is nothing special, decent subs but honestly if you’re already in NJ you could do so much better. BUT I’m giving a five star rating to Jersey Mikes because of their incredible attention to detail and how seriously they take food allergies. I recently found out I have Celiac’s (gluten allergy) and it’s really hard to find quick meals that can accommodate. My kids and I were traveling through on 9/16 around 12:30pm and when I asked for the gluten free bread the person behind the counter asked if it was a preference or an allergy and when I confirmed allergy he then proceeded to clean off the station, change his gloves, and pull out a fresh, clean cutting board to process my order and everyone else who touched my sandwich changed out their gloves as well. I am so impressed with not only Jersey Mike’s training and policies on this, but on the staff members and their implementation of those policies. As ridiculous as it sounds it almost brought tears to my eyes that they took my allergy so seriously because I’m still trying to navigate the intricacies of it myself. I felt valued and it’s great to know that I have somewhere I can definitely go without worrying about whether or not I’ll find a safe meal while traveling. Thank you to Jersey Mike’s as a whole, and thank you specifically to the managers who train this location, and most specifically to those who made my order yesterday!
(January 22, 2019, 4:05 am)The TSA Officers at Newark Airport would like to truly thank the staff for their generosity this past week. Dr. Fauzia Ahmed and the members of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of North and Central Jersey brought us lunch from your establishment. This shutdown has been extremely hard & disheartening on the crew. Such a simple act may not seem like much to some but it was truly appreciated by the officers here. Thank you so much!!!!!
