“Great service, very well priced for a quick lunch. The GM and two other employees were working hard as could be with an uncontrollable amount of online and in person orders. Two disgruntled customers were on edge because of their wait times with their online orders and all employees and the GM handled it very well. People are incredibly impatient, rude and don’t understand how some things work. Yes they could use another hand but it’s tough to find anyone to work. Kudos to the three workers there on 3-9-2023.”

“Jason is by far the most knowledgeable physical therapist that I have worked with. He treated me for a severe lower back issue and the results were incredible. I live 45 minutes from his office and traveled there 2x each week for therapy. Each session is almost an hour in length and you get complete 1x1 attention. I don’t believe you will find anyone as dedicated to his craft as Jason is. He does not only seek to get you back feeling healthy again, but he gives you a plan to prevent similar injuries in the future. I’ve referred other patients to him and they’ve been equally as happy. I highly recommend reaching out to him. He is extremely honest and if there’s an injury that he doesn’t believe he can help with, he’ll gladly refer you elsewhere.”

In addition, I enjoy the camaraderie of the classes. The coaches are great coaches - very knowledgeable and focused on form. The 45 minute work-out is just the right amount of time for me.
