“Jason is by far the most knowledgeable physical therapist that I have worked with. He treated me for a severe lower back issue and the results were incredible. I live 45 minutes from his office and traveled there 2x each week for therapy. Each session is almost an hour in length and you get complete 1x1 attention. I don’t believe you will find anyone as dedicated to his craft as Jason is. He does not only seek to get you back feeling healthy again, but he gives you a plan to prevent similar injuries in the future. I’ve referred other patients to him and they’ve been equally as happy. I highly recommend reaching out to him. He is extremely honest and if there’s an injury that he doesn’t believe he can help with, he’ll gladly refer you elsewhere.”

“I’ve invested $$$ in 1v1 personal training over the years and found the GameChanger small group fitness sessions to be just as effective at a much more reasonable price point. In addition, I enjoy the camaraderie of the classes. The coaches are great coaches - very knowledgeable and focused on form. The 45 minute work-out is just the right amount of time for me. I have more energy and flexibility since switching. Give it a try - I highly recommend it.”
