“The former reviews must be outdated or either this location has gone through great lengths to improve. We absolutely loved our experience visiting this location. So much so that I’ve visited other Starbucks before and have never been motivated to write a review after my experience however I was in awe at how swift and efficiently they were servicing people. I was a bit reluctant to go in seeing there were soo many people in the parking lot and then lined up for the drive through but to our surprise we were able to have our multi item order taken and received in well under 5 minutes. The manager (Terri I believe?) is exceptional. She was very kind and quick to ensure that myself and other guest were serviced well and if there were any issues I noted her deal with them directly herself while managing staff. She should be a lead in helping coordinate/train other managers across the board because what I saw yesterday was beyond beautiful to witness. So much so that I couldn’t NOT write about the experience. I’ll be intentional to visit this specific location more often. The drinks were ordered were perfect and the food so fresh and hot (and I’m pretty particular to say the least)!”

From my first call to the final delivery, every single detail of the experience with these guys has been an absolute pleasure. “I took my Mazda 6 for routine 12,000 mile maintenance. Pulled into Service area, was greeted warmly, instructed to go inside and see a service representative. She was very friendly and explained the cost involved. I had one issue and she addressed it right away. I sat in a very comfortable and clean waiting area. While I was waiting I received a text message from the technician working on my car. It was a VIDEO of him underneath my car showing me my car and talking to me about my car. I was like "Wow" this is incredible. He actually thanked me for allowing him to service my car! A short while later he called my name and brought me back to the same service representative who walked me to the cashier. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and my car was there waiting for me. What a wonderful experience. P.S. I also received text messages and emails reminding me of my appointment the day before.”
