They have a great cooking school that caters to children, adults and couples taught by an experienced chef that guides you through the preparation of each dish (a must do!). The food is farmed locally and arrives at your table fresh. They have a chef's menu that is paired with wine or beer which lasts about 3 hours (again, a must do!)
