  Matt ,Mike and everyone a Trinity where very knowledgeable and professional . I had a rotator cuff tear and thanks to them i do not need surgery at this time.Thank you guys.

  I came to Trinity to treat pain in both knees. I had difficulty sitting, squatting, stairs, even walking. From day 1, everyone at Trinity was very friendly and helpful. Within just a few minutes of my consultation, my therapist Matt was able to identify that the pain was triggered by weak muscles in my hips. I was given simple yet challenging exercises as well as an at-home routine. Matt also did manual therapy and stretching which really helped the healing (plus it felt really good!). Within 2.5 months I was discharged with very little knee pain and significantly stronger hips/legs. Most importantly, I learned a lot about how to exercise with better form and stretch to prevent any future injuries. I would recommend Trinity to anyone that needs any kind of physical therapy.

  I had a really great experience here, from start to finish. Both Mike and Matt are extremely knowledgeable on so many types of injuries and can teach you how to get you back to your feet, pain free. They work well as a team and their staff is great. They are friendly and take the time to get to know YOU. I will reccomend Trinity to anyone I know and highly recommend this office

  The therapists, Mike & Matt, are top notch at treating you. They are well versed in many treatments & very professional. Everyone is caring & friendly. The facility is clean & open. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed or recommend them to others.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The staff are very personable and understanding. Any athletes coming out of surgery or have a nagging injury that won’t go away should really consider this place. I worked with Matt and trust me, he will make sure you are ready and comfortable to return to your respective sport. Again, highly recommend Trinity rehab.
