Mavis Discount Tire

Took my truck to a place close to my house to get tires I bought mounted and balanced, when I picked up my truck I had a bad feeling, they were acting shady etc.. went to work the next day and my truck was shaking like crazy once I got on the highway.. stopped in at mavis In Warren and explained to them what was going on. Set up an appointment for the next day and when they brought the truck in and checked the wheels, turned out the other shop never removed any of the old wheel weights.. Mavis rebalanced the wheels for me in a timely manner, and werr very professional about it. I will be going back for an alignment soon. Good people working in this store.

Called on Friday looking for some new tires. I spoke with Matt on the phone and he was extremely friendly and helpful. They didn't have the ones I wanted in stock so he told me he would place the order and call me when they came in. To my surprise, I received a call the next day (Saturday) that the tires were in. They fit me in the same day! Service was super quick and the job was well done. Will definitely be back!

This location of Mavis Discount has always been fantastic, they have taken care of my issues quickly and without waiting every time. The vehicle technicians are quick with their work. The place is easily recognizable at a corner with a traffic light. They even offer free snacks while you wait. This location also has a free air pump for your car.
