“I practice healthy eating, regular exercise, daily meditation and supplementation. I also keep abreast with the latest development in longevity science. When peri-menopause hit a few years ago, I developed nagging joint aches in my neck, shoulders and upper back. Tried chiropractor three times a week for 2 months, no relief at all. It turned out it was an under active thyroid, but my female hormones are still ok, not low enough to supplement yet. He prescribed an bio-identical thyroid hormone, it worked like a charm. My persistent aches and pains finally gone. Office staff also very responsive, and pleasant. I would recommend when you go see him, tap into his knowledge as much as you can.”
