Especially on the weekend. Very frustrating. Sometimes food is a little rushed and sloppy. But overall food is pretty good. The staff is friendly. They just need to be properly staffed so the phone can be answered. I hope the owner reads this and puts an extra person on the phones. Especially on weekends. All I want to do is place a phone order and pick up. My whole family loves the food. It just takes half a dozen phone calls and a little luck to order ahead by phone. Other customers have to being having similar experiences. But I still go because other bagel shops in the area have weak bagels.”
