“I have been taking my three children, now ages 11, 9 and 7 to Dr. Melissa since they were babies. They LOVE going to their 6 month check ups. We NEVER have to wait to see her or her hygienist and she always has a smile on her face, is always incredible calm and exceedingly competent. Any site posting reviews saying she insists parents NOT stay with their children during visits is NOT accurate. They will ALWAYS allow parents to go back, however, they do encourage parents to stay in the waiting room during regular checkups so that they can build trusting relationships with the children. They are excellent at doing this and this has never been an issue for my children. Any site with reviews saying wait times are long are also not accurate. We have never waited in the waiting room. For those who have waited, I can guarantee it is because there was a dental emergency and Dr. Melissa is taking her time with the child and family to address it. My children have all had dental emergencies and I have watched Dr. Melissa at work. She is exceedingly skilled and takes her time to ensure a successful outcome. We LOVE Dr. Melissa and her staff!”
