“I find it hard to believe that only unsatisfied people have posted a review on this site. I had a very positive experience at Urgentmed. I went there on a Saturday since I thought it was a walk-in emergency office (due to the name on the building.) Unfortunately it was my misunderstanding. However, even though I did not have an appointment and it was almost 11:00 and the office closes at 12:00 the receptionist was very considerate and was able to fit me in. I found the staff very professional and efficient. They were able to get my previous lab report from my internist using the RWJ portal system in a very timely manner. They took a very complete medical history and prescribed the medication that I needed. The prescription was called in immediately. I would definitely recommend this medical practice. However, make sure to have an appointment before you show up. I was extremely fortunate that they could accommodate me without an appointment.”
