Surgery which to me was my last alternative or to seek a pain management Dr..He gave me the choice of two Drs.in my area.One of them was Dr.Rebecca Verela .I had a 50/50 choice and thank God I chose her.She suggested to me a route that she thought would be beneficial for me of injections and low dose medication to help me through my pain between injections. I was training for an Ironman and a marathon and the injury was quite painful . Dr Jeff is himself an athlete and is highly knowledgeable on sports related injuries.
