Explaining the process, treatment plan, what insurance covers and our out of pocket costs, payment plan, and those “mom I popped a bracket or wire” calls for an emergency appt. Hands down I HIGHLY recommend my friends and family as well as those on Social Media to visit BD. As a patient myself and not too keen on seeing the dentist. I had oral surgery - the surgeon was awesome. Understood my anxiety and went to all lengths to not make it worse. That’s a big deal for me.”

“Again one of those businesses where I don't understand how they get negative reviews. All in all it's a clean store it's right in the corner of a major highway which makes it accessible everywhere you come from and it's got a drive-thru pharmacy really and he people are complaining. I will say I wish the drive-thru was open a little bit later and I wish the pharmacy was maybe 24 hours or a 24-hour drive-thru. And for anybody complaining about how on polite or no personality that people have at the counter give me a break most of these are young kids who can really think about doing other things and sitting at Walgreens doing a job on their weekends when they cannot be out hanging out with your friends you were young once as well so give these kids a break.”

With other doctors, I would make an appointment and I'd be lucky to be out of there in a couple of hours. An hour in the waiting room, half and hour in room waiting for doctor. A 5 minute visit from the doctor. I would never be able to visit without an advanced appointment if needed. No thanks. I find that Dr. Mary is prompt and efficient. I have an appointment for a certain time... I see her within 10-15 minutes (tops) of that time. She has also responded nights and weekends to any issues or questions I have had. She is personable and professional. Also, it is a walk-in clinic so if I need her... I go... and I can see her. Highly recommend.”
