The staff is welcoming and goes above and beyond in every aspect. It’s obvious the entire team from the front desk to the drivers to hote management places customer service as the top priority. “Very friendly front desk staff. The location doesn't have much nearby, which was not an issue since I was attending an event being held there. There's a Ruby Tuesday across the street that I visited the last time I was here. It's very good. There's also a Subway a few minutes away. Rooms are basic, nice clean. Small microwave and a fridge. Plenty of free parking. We had a pleasant stay.”

“I think ... It's the people that made my day so good. From the time I walked in and was greeted to the time I checked out the staff was pretty good. I was staying in the area to visit my daughter for her college's family weekend and the hotel was in a good location. I loved the fact there was a full size fridge. The water pressure in the shower was really low though so that's something that needs to be addressed. I didn't mind having to get kitchen supplies from the front desk .... They had neat little kits to pick from. I didn't stay long enough for housekeeping which is fine because we normally decline the service and just get fresh towels. This will be my go to hotel whenever I have to stay in that area.”

Good use of space, clean, lots of useful mirrors and shelves etc. Staff was awesome. Food at the wedding was very good. Courtyard could have been amazing if it was warmer out and thus usable.”
