“USPS Clyde, Ohio does a great job. My carrier has personally went over & beyond to get my packages to me. Counter personnel are very knowledgeable, if they can't answer my questions, they find someone who will. They were very helpful when I first started selling on eBay. Parking could be better, but given the location and what they have to work with, it's ok. Hopefully someday, a newer building will be in their future. I don't know why some people have such issues with USPS, but I don't. I've been selling on eBay for years and exclusively use USPS for all my shipping. I usually get great feedback for shipping speed from my customers. Some sellers use UPS & FedEx, which, when I'm purchasing something, I often have issues getting my items in a timely manner. UPS & FedEx often have 'smart post', which use USPS for the final leg of delivery.”

“Awesome. I wanted passport renewal for my daughter and I. I tried calling other post offices and most of them do not even pick up the phone. The pick up the phone so fast and when we met the person working there (Skip), he was so kind and helpful. The Kendall park post office always says, it is walk in but you have to call before you go. When ever you call, they say the agent is out and left early. It happened 3 times to me. Carnegie Center picks up the phone after 2 or 3 minutes of ringing and hang up. The 259 Nassau St post office do not even pick up the phone.”
