I came into Sarah's office and she walked me thru every step of the way. She went above & beyond to accommodate my needs. (October 4, 2018, 6:03 pm)I will only rent from extra space storage. Friendly and safe. Only think I don't like about this place is that the lighting is really bad at night. Makes it very hard to see. Sarah was working the office and gave me a tour of different units. She was very helpful.
(August 16, 2018, 4:58 pm)Sara was wonderful! She is knowledgeable, friendly, polite and calming. After the terrible ordeal we have been through she calmed me down and was professional and caring. She deserves a raise. Not only was the spot still there for us, we also got the free month special. Definitely customer service at its best. She is an asset to your company. Thank you again!!!
