(October 27, 2018, 11:39 am)The Glen has always been one of my favorite hiking spots. It's kept up nicely and always looks pristine. There are several hiking paths of various difficulty, and the view of Lake Mohawk from the very top is a lovely sight.
(October 1, 2018, 9:25 am)Very nice park with paved and dirt/rocky trails. The paved section follows along Sparta Glen Brook. There are benches and picnic tables with grills along the way. Not too many people here either.
(July 8, 2018, 12:38 pm)Short, woodsy, very steep in places, but great vista. Nicely maintained trails. A little trouble finding the road to the parking lots. A sign might have helped.
(May 9, 2018, 8:38 pm)Our favorite place to walk the dog and myself. 15 minutes up and back for a nice half hour walk. Not a lot of people hanging out. Benches are plentiful and BBQ grills are available with picnic tables. The creek is well landscaped after the floods years ago. Haven’t done the hike into the woods yet but many folks do.
