After further review of my images and reports from another health care facility she determined a needle aspiration is all she felt was necessary. Of course after the aspiration if any solid Mass remained a biopsy would need to follow. She made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, assured and most of all she explained everything she was doing, why, and my final words from her was ... "Follow up in a year" I always do... “Everything went extremely well with this visit. I had no trouble getting an appointment that worked with my schedule. My wait time was minimal. All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. My diagnosis was bursitis in my shoulder, for which I received one shot of cortisone. The pain subsided within a couple days, and hasn’t returned thus far. Dr Koss explained my diagnosis in terms I could understand, and was a pleasure to visit with.”
