“The only reason I'm putting 5★ is only because of my doctor, couple of the receptionist members are pretty nice,but Cynthia is the absolute worse!!! I've been a patient their for 3 yeats,my fiance has been a patient their for 6-7 years,she knows who we are and knows the medications I take I need and can't just not take it,so when I call to make an appointment they say call back Friday,than they say their booked up,than I get told to always make appointments a week before I need my medication but when I try they tell me to call the day when I have to get my meds.every person says different things,and it's not right,and Cynthia when I absolutely needed to see my doctor, wouldn't give me an appointment,even tho I know very well they always save spots for emergency appointments for people,so considering I was already out of my medication,and the woman I spoke to day before said to call back the following day,than Cynthia would not give me an appointment,and was so rude on the phone,she always has an attitude and talks very nasty to me and my fiance to,I had to call back an hour later and ask to speak to my doctors nurse and once again synthia says why do u have to talk to her about,I said it's personal and it's private,and she still gave me a hard time,so I hung up,& keep calling back until someone else picked up and they finnaly transferred me to a nurse,and she scheduled an appointment for me that day,they need to get rid of her she is one of the meanest receptionist I've ever encountered in my entire life,she doesn't seem to have any companion or sympathy for patients at all, especially ones have been going their for years.she clearly doesn't like her job, because she's always miserable,and I'm sorry but when people go to the doctor,and have to make appointments Wich is already aggravating to begin witch,you should atleat l be greated by someone who wants to help and is nice on the phone,and also in person, 2-3 of the receptionist have left in the last year it's been a miserable exporiexpe trying to make appointments,the ones that left where the best and nicest most kind and friendly receptionists their, Someone needs to do something about Cynthia, patients shouldn't be getting yelled at and given attitude because they need an appointment. But my doctor is the best he's really good doctor”

“My experience with Dr Margiotti and her staff could not be more different then what I've read here. At my first appointment for a possible Achilles tendon tear I forgot my xrays so my wife had to return home to get them. The staff was very patient and in fact apologized to me more then once for having to wait. Once I saw the Dr she did a few tests and plainly said I had to have surgery and I had to have it immediately. She scheduled me for surgery the next morning. At the hospital she was extremely comforting and relaxing! She joked with me and my wife and put us both at ease before I went into the ER. I would recommend her to anyone!”

“This is Laurie, Breast Cancer. Rads group fantastic, Erica is a solid and smart as can be, Dr. Lo was great, convenient and knows her side of things, caring and quick in and out no waiting, just great. The reason I didn't give this 5 stars is the "after care" Dr. May and associates keeps you waiting and hour to an hour and a half. TO ME,, this is poor scheduling skills, and more than annoying. I called and they got back to me a day later, to me didn't answer all the questions i was hoping the Dr. May would call. Again, once you "get" in to see her, she has a good rep and is pleasant and caring, but getting there always seems to be a "scheduling problem" and hard to coordinate with Dr. Lo etc. Each time I would call and try and make it "both the same day" or rearrange so I wouldn't have to keep coming back, the office on her side seemed hassled and annoyed.. There was much snow this winter when I went for radiation treatment and we come 45 minutes, but always made it in. Erica and that end rearranged a few times because other folks cancelled with the snow and it made our lives easier. But unless Dr. May's office gets it together, I don't know how long before I am inclined to change Dr's because they should show more patience for their patients.”
