Justin got me what i wanted on my trade in, the interest rate i wanted and all the details i needed to make the deal happen. Between him and Jose i got the truck i wanted for the right deal. Very happy with everyone else in the office everyone was friendly and worked together great. if you plan on visiting Nissan of Stanhope go see Justin or Jose. Thanks guys
(November 10, 2018, 12:33 pm)The service department is amazing!!! Great customer service and I have Never had a problem with any repairs I have needed. They were so accomadating when I had to bring my kids with me. There was a play table that they both could enjoy. Would recommend to anyone!!
(November 5, 2018, 7:03 pm)I had the pleasure of working with Justin and also Jose. I did not feel pressured and I felt that I received a good deal. Overall, the process was normal - for a weekday, it took 5.5 hours from start to finish to ground my lease and purchase a new Rogue. (I would plan 8+ hours for a busy weekend day.) So far, I would recommend Nissan of Stanhope for buying or leasing a vehicle. Overall, it was a good experience!
(October 27, 2018, 7:20 pm)I walked into the Dealership with my husband to shop around for a car that meets our needs. Nissan of Stanhope was 1 of our stops of many visits to other car Dealerships. As soon as I arrived I was expecting a sales pitch after experiencing it throughout however I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was greeted and treated. I spoke with Justin who was very welcoming and knowledgeable about cars. Justin told us about the cars and the specs which made me understand what kind of car was more our fit. Great customer service in this dealership and I will definitely be referring Nissan of Stanhope!
(October 22, 2018, 1:22 pm)The sales department was absolutely amazing. They were very helpful and I felt no pressure to buy. That being said the service was so exceptional that I did buy my car from them and the financial guys were just as competent and attentive. My experience with the service department has been unmatched. The service department head Jamie and my service representative Anthony treat every customer like they are their most important customer. They both kept me very well informed and have gone out of their way to put me at ease. As a mother of two young children, their ability to keep me updated and get me in and out as quickly as possible has been amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else for cars or service.
